To conduct the general elections of three-tier panchayats 2025-26 peacefully, the district administration has implemented Section-163 of the Indian Civil Security Code in the constituencies. Under this, prohibitory orders have been made effective. The orders have been issued by Additional District Magistrate Jai Bharat Singh. The ADM said that some anti-social elements may try to disrupt the election process, disturb communal harmony and influence voters by spreading religious frenzy. Apart from this, political parties or candidates may also try to lure, threaten and influence voters.

There will be no meeting, procession, rally or road show without permission.

Sound equipment cannot be used near schools, courts, hospitals and religious places.

It will be strictly prohibited to incite ethnic and religious sentiments and use religious places in election campaigns.

Action will also be taken for propagating false news.

Bringing voters by vehicle, intimidating or tempting them will be prohibited.

Entry of common people, candidates or their representatives will be prohibited within a radius of 200 meters from the polling stations. Similarly, processions or demonstrations will also be prohibited within a radius of 200 meters from the nomination site. There will be a complete ban on the use of government vehicles in election campaign.

This order has been passed unilaterally in public interest. In case of violation, punitive action will be taken under Section 223 of the Indian Civil Security Code.
