Police arrested Nafees Ahmed, the owner of the Rottweiler dog that attacked the woman. Nafees does not even have a license to keep these dogs. Police is interrogating him at the police station. SSP Ajay Singh said that Kishanpur resident Kaushalya Devi, who was going to the temple at around 4 am on Sunday, was attacked by two Rottweiler dogs. Kaushalya Devi is undergoing treatment at Shrimahant Indiresh Hospital. Her son Umang Nirwal had filed a complaint against the dog owner Mohammad Zaid. Based on this, a case was registered at Rajpur police station on Sunday. When the police investigated on Monday, it was found that this house does not belong to Zaid but to Nafees Ahmed. Nafees has kept these two dogs. During the investigation, it was also found that Nafees had bought these dogs from Zaid three years ago. After this investigation, Nafees has been taken into custody and is being questioned.

The owner does not have any license

Nafees has a farm house in Sahaspur area and he buys and sells property here while staying in his house in Kishanpur. Documents related to the deal of dogs between Nafees and Zaid have also been obtained. These are also being investigated. The SSP said that Nafees does not have any license issued by the Municipal Corporation. SSP Ajay Singh said that people can also give information about dog bites by dialing 112. Apart from this, the Municipal Corporation can also be informed through various means. If any such complaint is received against the dog owners, then a case will be registered against them under Section 291 of the Indian Justice Code (walking pets, dogs without a rein).

There is great anger among the people of the area
