A case of scuffle between a youth and a PRD jawan has come to light. The whole matter is of Mussoorie Mall Road. Where a fierce scuffle broke out between the two over the entry of the vehicle during the restricted time. It is being told that when the PRD jawan stopped the local youth from going to the Mall Road during the restricted time, there was an argument between the two, and the matter reached to a scuffle. During this, the PRD jawan slapped the youth. After this, the local people who came out in protest created a ruckus. A large number of people raised slogans at Bhagat Singh Chowk.
