Demand increased since the inauguration of Ram temple
Since the inauguration of Ram temple last year, the demand for land in the city has been increasing continuously. With the increase in demand, there is a strong jump in the prices of land. Now after about 8 years, the circle rate has been increased here, in which there has been an increase of up to 200 percent at once. The government has implemented the new circle rate from last Saturday, while the registration of land from today will be done on the basis of the new rate.
Circle rate increased from 33 to 69 lakh rupees
The biggest jump in prices has come in the lands around Ram Janmabhoomi. The prices of land started increasing here after the Supreme Court’s order. Real estate company Arbindam Lodha and Bollywood king Amitabh Bachchan have bought land in Tihura Manjhi village. In 2017, the circle rate of agricultural land in this area was 11 to 23 lakh rupees, which has now increased to 33 to 69 lakh rupees.
