According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, 391 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. However, during this time 760 people have also recovered from the infection. So far 5484 people have been cured, but the number of active cases has reached 5755.

Four deaths have been recorded across the country in the last 24 hours due to corona infection. In all these cases, the deceased already had serious health problems, which made the infection more dangerous. In Madhya Pradesh, a 45-year-old pregnant woman suddenly had severe seizures and died. Later her report was found to be Kovid positive.

A 63-year-old man in Maharashtra had hyperthyroidism. The infection was confirmed after his death. In Kerala, a 59-year-old man who was already suffering from lung cancer (stage 4) also died due to Kovid infection. At the same time, a 79-year-old man in Tamil Nadu died due to pneumonia and severe breathing problems associated with COVID-19. He was suffering from diabetes and was bedridden for the last one month.

A total of 59 people have died from corona in the country so far this year, which shows the severity of the infection. Health experts believe that due to the rapidly changing weather and people’s carelessness, cases may increase again. Therefore, caution is necessary – do not ignore the use of masks, social distancing and hand hygiene.

Kerala is the most affected state

According to the data of the Ministry of Health, Kerala has reported the highest number of new cases in the last 24 hours. 127 cases have been registered here. After Kerala, 102 new cases have been registered in Gujarat, 73 in Delhi, 29 in Maharashtra, 27 in Tamil Nadu, 26 in West Bengal, 17 in Chhattisgarh and 10 in Andhra Pradesh. At the same time, Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Mizoram and Tripura are such states where no new case has been registered in the last 24 hours.
